The successful candidate will be responsible for invoicing, payables, receivables, and inventory.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing staff, scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Occasional shop assistance.
Must be able to lift 50#.
Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, including supplies and equipment.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record keeping and filing.
Monitor office expenses and budgets.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and other special events.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide administrative/physical support to staff members.
