- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial records and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- Previous - Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
