Job Details:

Assembles room service cold foods, assembles room service trays, transports and serves room service trays, records patient fluid and meal consumption when indicated, works in the dishroom, and performs other duties.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
High school diploma or equivalent.
None required, but cafeteria experience helpful.
Must be able to read, write and understand English. Must be able to work day or night shift, weekends and/or holidays. Must present a good image when working special events and taking foods to the nursing floors. Must be neat and accurate with work. Must be able to work with speed. Must see well enough to read the patient menu at three feet. Must be able to hear well. Must be able to use detergents without having an allergic reaction.
Must be able to work under stress and to adapt to changing conditions. Must be able to retain knowledge in order to work a number of different positions.
Must be able to withstand noise, heat, steam, and temperature changes. Moderate physical exertion, including frequent walking, standing, bending and reaching and frequent lifting of average loads (6 to 25 pounds). Moderate exposure to potentially injurious elements or conditions.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
