CDL Driver, Warehouse - Building Material Distributor

CDL Class B Delivery Driver/Warehouse Employee - Decatur, IL
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR CDL CLASS B DRIVING EXPERIENCE
Boom Truck experience Preferred
Our Delivery Drivers are responsible for safely delivering customer's products to the job site as well as receiving materials in the warehouse, loading trucks, and processing inventory.
Physical Requirements for CDL Delivery Driver Position:
o Must be able to continually lift 50-100 lbs. of material throughout the day. Some lifting over 100 lbs. will be required.
o Load trucks with material scheduled for the day's deliveries within compliance of securing and distributing weight limits according to DOT regulations.
o Unload trucks and receive merchandise at warehouse.
o Move materials and items from receiving to its designated area.
Other Requirements for CDL Delivery Applicants:
o High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
o Valid CDL Class B with appropriate endorsement for branch delivery needs and a clean driving record.
o Forklift certification or like equipment experience demonstrating proficiency.
Other Essential Job Duties for CDL Delivery Drivers:
o Safely deliver customer's materials to the job site.
o Maintain records of deliveries, truck mileage, and fuel receipts.
o Complete forklift and truck inspection for safety and proper documentation record keeping of policies and procedures.
o Participate in the weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventory of the Branch.
o May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
o Organize warehouse and work area for orderly cleanliness at all times.
o Perform other duties as assigned.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
